About CTC

Here's a bit of history...

In 1986, my husband Randy and I opened the Turner Collection, a tiny little store in San Angelo, Texas. For two years, I did custom design and sewing for the always-interesting women of this mid-sized, West Texas town. After our son Zachary was born in '88, we moved out of custom work into manufacturing our CTC clothing line for our store and eventually for specialty stores nationwide. From the beginning, we have focused on comfortable but sophisticated clothing, just like the women that we live and work with.

Our tiny little store also evolved over the years, thanks to the support of the wonderful ladies who 'raised' us and who continue to inspire us. Watching the diversity of their lives all these years keeps us focused on who our customer really is. She is always working, always giving her support...to family, to friends, to good causes, to her employees and employers, to her students, her customers and clients. And somewhere in all of this she finds time to take care of herself!

Though being in this business takes Randy and me to all of the fashion 'centers', we continue to live in West Texas. I don't know where we would find any finer a group of people to work with or a more diverse range of customers for inspiration and direction. They truly are the women that we would like our clothing to appeal to, all across the country. And besides, we wouldn't think of moving far from our two favorite ladies to dress...our moms!!!
